1. E-Commerce Manager

Location: Remote
Type: Full-time, 35–40 hours per week

What you’ll do:

  • Oversee and optimise our Shopify store to deliver the best customer experience

  • Plan, manage, and measure digital marketing campaigns that increase sales and traffic

  • Use data insights to improve the customer journey and boost conversion rates

  • Work closely with design and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging

What we’re looking for:

  • At least 2 years of hands-on Shopify management experience

  • Strong knowledge of SEO, e-commerce trends, and digital marketing

  • Analytical thinker familiar with tools like Google Analytics

  • Independent, proactive, and motivated by results

2. Customer Service Specialist

Location: Remote
Type: Part-time, 20–25 hours per week

What you’ll do:

  • Respond quickly and professionally to customer queries via email, chat, and social channels

  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and service quality

  • Build in-depth knowledge of our products to support customers effectively
