1. E-Commerce Manager
Location: Remote
Type: Full-time, 35–40 hours per week
What you’ll do:

Oversee and optimise our Shopify store to deliver the best customer experience

Plan, manage, and measure digital marketing campaigns that increase sales and traffic

Use data insights to improve the customer journey and boost conversion rates

Work closely with design and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
What we’re looking for:

At least 2 years of hands-on Shopify management experience

Strong knowledge of SEO, e-commerce trends, and digital marketing

Analytical thinker familiar with tools like Google Analytics

Independent, proactive, and motivated by results

2. Customer Service Specialist
Location: Remote
Type: Part-time, 20–25 hours per week
What you’ll do:

Respond quickly and professionally to customer queries via email, chat, and social channels
